Maria & Michael’s Classic Wedding: Invitation & Stationery Design

Weddings are full of choices. From the flowers and music to the meal and décor, every decision shapes the experience. But it is not always easy to know where to start or how to bring it all together in a way that feels seamless. That is where having the right guidance makes all the difference.

For Maria and Michael, working with Pearl Invitations meant they did not have to carry the weight of every small decision alone. From save-the-dates to welcome signs, every printed piece came together effortlessly, adding consistency, beauty, and meaning to their celebration and giving them the freedom to truly enjoy the process along the way.

Love Story & Wedding Vision

Maria and Michael are thoughtful, family-oriented, and full of heart. Their love story began with a modern spark online, yet it has always been rooted in timeless values: love, laughter, and the importance of family.

When Michael proposed during a Valentine’s weekend getaway at Blue Mountain, he worked in a little playful misdirection about “forgetting his wallet” before leading Maria back to a room filled with rose petals and champagne. The rest, as she says, is history.

Their wedding vision carried that same spirit. Classy and romantic, yet personal and heartfelt, it was a day designed to honour their families, create lasting memories, and reflect exactly who they are together.

Maria & Michael's Wedding Highlights

On June 21, 2025, Maria and Michael’s celebration began with a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Parish. The bride walked down the aisle in a gown from Helen’s Bridal, holding back happy tears while the groom stood with his parents, beaming with pride. Surrounded by family and friends, their vows felt both sacred and deeply personal.

After the ceremony, a summer rain briefly swept in before the skies cleared just in time for photos at the Woodbridge War Memorial. The dramatic clouds and soft light created the perfect backdrop for portraits filled with laughter, joy, and a few playful umbrella moments.

Their reception at the Terrace Banquet Centre was nothing short of stunning. Guests enjoyed an elegant antipasto bar during cocktail hour, complete with signature drinks—The Man of the Hour and The Blushing Bride. bb Blanc filled the space with Italian classics and Euro pop, keeping the atmosphere lively. By the time dinner was served and the dance floor opened, the room was overflowing with energy; it was a night their family and friends will never forget.

Elegant Wedding Invitations & Matching Wedding Stationery

Maria and Michael trusted Pearl Invitations to design and print everything for their wedding, starting well before the big day. Their stationery journey began with elegant save-the-dates and full custom invitation suite - all the pieces they needed to set the tone for their celebration and gave guests a glimpse of the romance to come.

On the day itself, stationery was woven into every detail of the celebration. From the welcome signs that greeted guests, to the seating chart and menus that polished the reception experience, to the playful photo app sign and signature drink signs at cocktail hour, every printed piece tied into their theme beautifully. Together, these elements created a theme that carried from the first impression to the final dance.

One of the most meaningful designs was the memorial sign created to honour loved ones who had passed. It blended effortlessly into the décor while carrying profound emotional weight, giving the couple a way to acknowledge their loved ones who wouldn't be there in person, but were deeply present in spirit.

Pearl Invitations: Making Wedding Planning That Much Easier

For Maria and Michael, working with Pearl Invitations meant they didn’t have to worry about every little detail. We took care of everything - all of the pieces that pulled everything together.

“We had Pearl Invitations print everything for our big day—from our save the dates and wedding invitations to welcome signs, a memorial sign, menus, a photo app sign, and signature drink signs. Everything tied together so beautifully, and the stationery truly brought our entire wedding vision to life. The memorial sign especially meant so much to us—it was a way to honour family members who couldn’t be there, and it gave us a moment we’ll never forget.

Working with Susana was an absolute dream. I had no idea where to start, but she guided me through the process with so much care and creativity. She exceeded every expectation and made it all stress-free. The designs matched our vision perfectly—even better than I imagined. We are so grateful for everything she created.” - Maria
